Matthew 9:35-38
Matthew 9:35 ESV – And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction.
Matthew 10:1 ESV – And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction.
Mathew 9:36-38 ESV – When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.
Mathew 9:36-38 ESV – Then he said to his disciples, The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.

People matter to Jesus; they MUST matter to us.

THE SOLUTION!
Jesus commissioned His followers to go and BE Jesus to the people who have needs and are ready to have them met.
Matthew 9:38 NLT
So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest;
ask him to send more workers into his fields.
We DON’T need more needs; we need more people that are willing to SEE those with the needs and be Jesus in their lives.
1. SEE THE PEOPLE AROUND US!
2. BE FILLED WITH COMPASSION!
3. BE THE SOLUTION!
And it starts with PRAYER!
