1 Corinthians 14:40 “But all things should be done decently and in order.”

• Wives- “Submit to your husbands”
• Husbands- “Love your wives”
• Children- “Obey your parents in everything”
• Fathers- “Do not provoke”
• Bondservants- “Obey…your earthly masters”
• Masters- “Treat your bondservants justly and fairly.”

• Submitting: 1 Corinthians 11:3 “But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ is God.”
• Loving: Ephesians 5:25 “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.”
• Obeying: Philippians 2:8 “And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.”
• Not provoking: Ephesians 6:4 “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.”
• Treating justly: “You also have a Master in Heaven.” (4:1)

• “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
