, and they often fast. Fruit grows with intention and abiding.

  • Forgive - to forgive means to release the debt, letting go of both the wrong and the resentment.

1. Forgiveness to you as you extend forgiveness to others.

3. Forgiveness is a practice.

  • Unforgiveness leaves you bound to the thing that happened to you. Forgiveness sets you

    from it!

  • Forgiveness moves the forgiver from being a victim to a

    , an overcomer.

  • Forgiveness makes it so your focus is JESUS (present) and the future He has for you rather than the bad thing that happens to you.

  • Forgiveness

the Holy Spirit and protects your heart from offense and bitterness.

29 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. —Ephesians 4:29-32
