Feel Your Feelings

Every Person Is An Emotional Person!

(Psalm 139:14) Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous – how well I know it.

Feeling Your Feelings Is Being Aware Of How Moments Throughout Your Day Affect You Internally!

(Psalm 139:23-24) 23 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. 24 See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Until I Desire To Become Aware Of My Thoughts And Emotions My Relationship With God (And My Relationship With Others) Will Always Suffer!

You Do Things You Don’t Want To Do Because You Feel Ways You Don’t Want To Feel.

(Romans 7:19) I want to do what is good, but I don’t. I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway.

(James 1:14-15) Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. 15 These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.

(2 Corinthians 10:5) We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.
