Prayers that God wants to answer:

2 Chronicles 7:14 “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and

pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive

their sins and restore their land.” (NLT)

Types of Fasts

1. Absolute Fast – giving up foods and liquids

2. Full Fast – drinking only liquids

3. Daniel Fast – selected foods for 21 days (vegetables, fruit)

4. Partial Fast – abstains from certain foods or liquids

5. Activity Fast – television, internet, video games
