EAT MY FLESH/DRINK MY BLOOD

I. ONLY THOSE WHO REFUSED TO ACTIVELY LISTEN GOT UPSET.

Often times people hear only what they want to hear and if they are already inclined to disagree, be negative, critical or cynical they will always find a reason to get upset.

II. HOW DO WE APPROACH THE WORD OF GOD?

III. THE GOSPEL MESSAGE IS OFFENSIVE BECAUSE IT REQUIRES TOTAL COMMITMENT, AND JESUS WAS MAKING SURE EVERYONE KNEW WHAT WAS REQUIRED.
