SMALL GROUP QUESTIONS

WARM UP: What is the toughest thing you’ve ever done?

HEAD: These questions help us examine the Word.
1. Why is the Virgin Birth a die for/non-negotiable belief for Christians?
2a. Read John 1:9-14. What does it mean to be born of God?
2b. How does someone become born of God? What is belief?
2c. How do you know if you’ve been born of God? What do you say to someone who is struggling with their assurance of salvation?

HEART: These questions help us wrestle with what we believe.
3. Have you been born again? When were you born again? What’s life been like since you’ve been born again?
4. Have you ever struggled with the assurance of your salvation? What has helped you grow confident in your assurance?

HAND: These questions help us bring truth and beliefs into our everyday life.
5. When you pray for your “ones”, are you praying they are born again?
