Question:
Are you living a fully surrendered life right now? Hesitant? Resisting?
What stage are you at in your life right now?
Search Me. Break Me. Send Me.
As they were eating, Jesus took some bread and blessed it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take this and eat it, for this is my body.”
(Matthew 26:26)
Before God can send you, you have to let Him break you.
Praying “God Send Me,” Is a prayer of availability!
3 RESPONSES TO GOD’S CALL
1) JONAH: HERE I AM. I’M
“Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.” 3 But Jonah ran away from the Lord. Jonah 1:1-3
Jonah had the gifts, Jonah had the power, and Jonah had the ability. The
problem with Jonah was his lack of availability! He was unwilling!
2) MOSES: HERE I AM. SEND
10 So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.” 11 But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?” Exodus 3:10

8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isa 6:8
“When Isaiah realized he didn’t measure up to
God’s standard of holiness…”
Isaiah 6:5-9 NLT
5 Then I said, “It’s all over! I am doomed, for I am a sinful man. I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips. Yet I have seen the King, the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.”
6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal he had taken from the altar with a pair of tongs.
7 He touched my lips with it and said, “See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven.”
8 Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me.”
9 And he said, “Yes, go, and say to this people, ‘Listen carefully, but do not understand. Watch closely, but learn nothing.’
Painful purification is preparation for submission to being sent by God.
When God sends you…
- He stations you (Genesis 12: 1; Psalm 37:23)
- He supplies you (John 20: 20-23)
- He sustains you (2 Cor. 12: 9-10; Matthew 28:20)
- He shakes you (Romans 12:1-2; 2 Cor. 5:17)
- He supports you (Isaiah 41:10)
Isaiah 41:10 NLT Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
