At times we are tempted to quit praying because it just seems like

is happening.

One of the most difficult aspects of prayer is

when it seems that God is not answering.

5 truths:

• Sometimes God has a

than we do.

• Sometimes God has an

answer that’s better than the earthly one.

• Sometimes God says no because the request would not

Him or be .

• Sometimes God has

and we aren’t paying attention.

• Sometimes God is

because there is an amazing plan unfolding that is going to take some time.

Luke 18:1 “Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should

What God does

Three things that persistent prayer accomplishes in our lives:

1. PERSISTENT PRAYING

PEACE

2. PERSISTENT PRAYING PRODUCES

Waiting is part of the process of

what God wants us to be.

3. PERSISTENT PRAYING

Psalm 105:4 says,

to the Lord. Go to Him for .”

God is looking for

People.

Christ Jesus, who died - more than that, who was raised to life - is at the right hand of God and is also

for us.
