19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. —James 1:19
6 And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness. —Exodus 34:6
Anger is what happens when what you love gets threatened.
1.Anger loses its control when you understand what causes it.
Root Idols: Comfort, Control, Power, Approval
20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. —James 1:20
2.Anger loses its control when you understand what it does to others.
