CP Group Discussion Questions:
Icebreaker: In what environment do you personally connect with God the best? Think: time of day, location, etc. It may be different for each of us. Some of us prefer mountains and nature. Read John 15:1-5 together.
- Why do you think it is important for followers of Jesus to set aside time daily to connect with God?
- Have you ever experienced God’s “pruning” in your own life? In other words, have you ever been confronted by God’s Word (via Bible, prayer, church gathering, small group) about an unfruitful area of your life?
- Although it’s rarely pleasant, why is God’s “pruning” necessary for followers of Jesus?
- As we finish this series on healthy habits, is there a new habit you think should be implemented into your life? Why? Is there a bad habit that you need to address?
