
Building Faith
Campus Renewal divulged that roughly 70% of Christian college students leave their faith by the end of their first year at college.
“Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.” (NIV) —Philippians 2:12–13
Main point: Faith in Jesus is built, not borrowed; we must raise students to own their faith through trial, understanding and personal examination.
