How many of you believe God has ability heal someone?
One of biggest tensions for many people – When we know he can but he doesn’t.

• Miracles where never to
The Pharisees came and began to question Jesus. To test him, they asked him for a sign from heaven. He sighed deeply and said, “Why does this generation ask for a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to it.” Mark 8:11-12
• Miracles never
Judas betrayed Jesus—Peter cut of Malchus’s ear.
Don’t you realize that I could ask my Father for thousands of angels to protect us, and he would send them instantly? But if I did, how would the Scriptures be fulfilled that describe what must happen now?” Matthew 26:53-54
• Miracles never come without
And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith. Matthew 13:58
Your faith moves the heart of God!
- Woman didn’t stop bleeding for 12 years - Daughter, your faith has healed you. Mark 5:34

- Blind man screams out—Have mercy on me! - “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Mark 10:52
Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” Mark 9:24
Jesus’ response - The father’s prayer was he wanted his son to be healed. But Jesus was more interested in healing the father’s unbelief! Before God gives us what we want, He wants to give us what we really need.

When Jesus came to earth his highest purpose wasn’t to heal physical bodies, but to HEAL our souls.
He can and, even if he doesn’t, today I believe he can. We trust that God knows the whole picture.
