“He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.”
(Psalm 23:3, NKJV)
GETTING GUIDANCE FROM GOD
- “All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6, NLT)
- “There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death.”
(Proverbs 14:12, NLT)
- “You lead humble people to do what is right and to stay on your path.”
(Psalm 25:9, CEV)
2.
- “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Such people should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.” (James 1:5–7, NLT)
3.
- “God does speak—sometimes one way and sometimes another— even though people may not understand it.” (Job 33:14, NCV)

4.
- “Your road led by a pathway through the sea—a pathway no one knew was there!” (Psalm 77:19, TLB)
- “Trust GOD from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for GOD’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.” (Proverbs 3:5–6, The Message)
- “The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand.” (Psalm 37:23–24, NLT)
