John 4:23
Worship is an urging of the spirit, based in the truth of the Word, that
grasps the supreme value of God, and expresses itself in thought, word,
and deed.

1 Thessalonians 5:18
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ
Jesus.

Key Truth – Thankfulness is a form of worship.

Ephesians 5:18-20
…be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns,
and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the
Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name
of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Colossians 3:16
Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and
admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and
songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.

Giving Thanks in Everything Happens When:
1. We Recognize God is in Control

2. We Acknowledge ALL the Good

3. Trust God in the Hard Times
