Trust in God’s Provision
Ruth 2

  1. Even when you can’t see it, God is

    for your good. (1)
“There was a relative of Naomi’s husband, a man of great wealth, of the family of Elimelech. His name was Boaz.”

  2. When you don’t

what to do, do what you can. (2-3, 7, 17)
“Please let me go to the field, and glean heads of grain…she came and has continued from morning until now…so she gleaned in the field until evening”

  3. God will put you in just the right

    at just the righttime. (3-6)
“she happened to come to the part of the field belonging to Boaz”

  4. God will provide

that you need for today & tomorrow. (8-9, 14-17)
“when you are thirsty, go to the vessels and drink…Boaz said to her at mealtime, ‘Come here, and eat of the bread’…she ate and was satisfied, and kept some back…’Let her glean even among the sheaves’…let grain from the bundles fall purposely for her…about an ephah of barley”

  5. God has not

    your faithfulness. (10-12)
“It has been fully reported to me, all that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband, and how you have left your father and your mother and the land of your birth, and have come to a people whom you did not know before”

  6. Rejoice that the

    is yet to come! (18-22)
“This man is a relation of ours, one of our close relatives (redeemers)”
