INTRODUCTION

A. It’s 2021! 2020 is behind us, and it’s time to recommit our lives to Christ, rebuild what has been lost and damaged, reengage in kingdom work, renew our focus, and remember God’s promises. Let’s Go!

B. As we move into this new year and new opportunities, it is important that everyone get involved in and take responsibility for accomplishing our God-given vision and mission.

“For the body is not one member, but many.” —1 Corinthians 12:14


OUR VISION: To see New England transformed by making disciples and planting churches to multiply the kingdom of God.

OUR MISSION: To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, resulting in MORE disciples and churches.

OUR STRATEGY: Belong to the Kingdom, Connect to a Group, Serve in a Community, Bring Others with You

OUR CORE VALUES: Biblically Centered, Relationally Driven, Contagiously Generous, Community Targeted, Life-Change Focused

“Be alert and strengthen what remains, which is about to die, for I have not found your works complete before my God.” —Revelation 3:2

Today’s Takeaway: The revival of a local church is based on the capacity and availability of its people.


Praise Focus: The vision is accomplished through the capacity, obedience, and pace of its people to strengthen the things that remain.


I. IN 2021, WE MUST CORRECTLY (v. 2a)

“Be alert, …” —Revelation 3:2a

“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” —Matthew 28:19-20

“Then the master told the slave, ‘Go out into the highways and lanes and make them come in, so that my house may be filled.” —Luke 14:23
