The Relevance of a Real ID Today
Ignoring we’re made in the image of God, we’re making “god” in our own image
Romans 1:20-32 – A time machine to the 21st century
- 1:21 – In
God’s truth our thinking became futile and dark - 1:22-23 – In
being God’s image bearers we embraced foolishness - 1:24-25 –
God’s dominion command we make “gods” of anything - 1:26-27 –
God’s design for human sexuality we degrade ourselves - 1:28-32 – In the end, we are left
the whirlwind of God’s judgment
What Does it Mean to be Made Male and Female?
- Being made male and female is not a
or construct - Male and Female are
of God and of God for human flourishing - Human Beings, as male and female, are created
in person and importance - Human Beings, as male and female, are
to one another - Human Beings, as male and female, are
in role and function
Application:
God’s gift to you as a male or a female God’s truth and purpose for you over culturally “alleged” freedom
