Pride

1 Samuel 24: 1-22

We all have something in common–we don’t like to be told what to do. This is a classic case of “pride” at its finest. Pride repels the very nature of God, but humility attracts the very presence of God. The bottom line is if we want to walk with Jesus, we must be willing to drop the pride and pick up humility. 1 Samuel 24 will lead us through how to do this.

Pay attention to your feelings of conviction.

Would you be willing to stop and seek the Lord?

How will this affect me, you, and my relationship with God?

How will this affect my family?

How will this affect my witness for Jesus Christ?
