God Loves
Introduction
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. —John 3:16 (NKJV)
3 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” —John 3:3 (NLT)
15 She and her household were baptized… —Acts 16:15 (NLT)
25 Around midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening. 26 Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. All the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off! 27 The jailer woke up to see the prison doors wide open. He assumed the prisoners had escaped, so he drew his sword to kill himself. 28 But Paul shouted to him, “Stop! Don’t kill yourself! We are all here!”
29 The jailer called for lights and ran to the dungeon and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 Then he brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.” 32 And they shared the word of the Lord with him and with all who lived in his household. 33 Even at that hour of the night, the jailer cared for them and washed their wounds. Then he and everyone in his household were immediately baptized. 34 He brought them into his house and set a meal before them, and he and his entire household rejoiced because they all believed in God. —Acts 16:25-34 (NLT)
Three Tenets Of Family Household Salvation
Tenet 1: Family Household
18 But you shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise. —Isaiah 60:18 (NKJV)
1 Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who delights greatly in His commandments.
2 His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
3 Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. —Psalm 112:1-3 (NKJV)

Tenet 2: Family Household
31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.” —Acts 16:31 (NLT)
12 If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. 13 And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. —1 Corinthians 7:12-14 (NKJV)
5 So it was, when the days of feasting had run their course, that Job would send and sanctify them, and he would rise early in the morning and offer burnt offerings according to the number of them all. For Job said, “It may be that my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts.” Thus Job did regularly. —Job 1:5 (NKJV)
“You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.” —Genesis 50:20

For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives. —Romans 6:4

Conclusion
8 But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. —Romans 5:8 (NLT)
Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.” —John 3:5 (NLT)
38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. —Romans 8:38-39 (NLT)
