GROUP ACTIVITY | LET’S TRY IT!
We’re going to take 30 minutes for each group member to try a “contemplative walk.” As a group, we will start with a 5-minute meditation and relaxation exercise, followed by a 25-minute walk.
Once we are finished, we will gather to share the images that we received before going on about our day. At the end of this first session, follow the link below to submit your image for us to share on our “Sacred Space at Mosaic” Facebook Group.
