Worship and Serving

I. God

you so you can and Him. (Rom. 12:1; Eph. 2:8-10)

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. —Rom. 12:1

Serve the Lord with gladness. —Ps. 100:2

You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve. —Matt. 4:10

II. God has

you so you can serve Him. (1 Cor. 12; 1 Peter 4:10; Ps. 139:13-16; Rom. 12:3-8; Eph. 4:7-12)

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. —Eph. 2:10

III. When you learn to serve you become a

! Matt. 20:26-28;

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. —Col. 3:23-24
