Who Am I?

10 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. —Ephesians 2:10

We are not a cheap imitation.

“Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” —‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:26-27

We are who the Creator says we are!

“When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”” —‭‭Matthew‬ ‭16:13-15‬

Start walking in who we really are.

I am a new creation in Christ!

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” —‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:17

I am in right standing with God through Jesus Christ!

“God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” —‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:21‬

I am a joint-heir with Christ!
I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me!

“The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.” —‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:16-17‬

The Spirit of God, who is greater than the enemy in the world, lives in me!

“You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” —‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:4‬
