First command be fruitful and multiply…

Gen 1:26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
Gen 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Gen 1:28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” —NKJV

Mar 11:12 Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry.
Mar 11:13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.
Mar 11:14 In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it. —NLT

1. The Fruit of the Spirit are the profile of the Father.

Joh 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
Joh 15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
Joh 15:6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
Joh 15:7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
Joh 15:8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
Joh 15:9 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
Joh 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
Joh 15:11 “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. —NKJV

*The fruit is where the seeds are. The fruit is a part of the cycle not the destination. *

  • Fruit is from the places where seeds go to die.

Complexity buys us time. When we make something complicated, it’s because we don’t like the obedience that simplicity demands.
We need to rediscover the painful simplicity of the gospel.
The themes in the word of God are not meant to be difficult to understand but they are meant to be difficult to do —Katia Adams

Jas 3:13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
Jas 3:14 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.
Jas 3:15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.
Jas 3:16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
Jas 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
Jas 3:18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. —NKJV

Heb 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. —NKJV

Heb 12:11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. —NKJV

Eph 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light
Eph 5:9 (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth),
Eph 5:10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. —NKJV

Rom 6:20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
Rom 6:21 What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.
Rom 6:22 But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. —NKJV
