What does the “loving others way” look like?

I. Seek to be a “quick to

” type of person (Rom. 12:10; James 2:1-8).
Wanting the best for a person, protecting them, promoting them, encouraging them, doing all you can to advance them toward God and toward health and toward what God would have for them.

II. Seek to be a “

on another” type of person (Ephesians 4:2).
It’s okay to not know what to do or how to help. Do you realize that 90% is just showing up in life; just reaching out, just extending a hand, a greeting, a smile, and a listening ear?

III. Seek to be a “

rather than a user of others” type of person (Gal. 5:13).
We are to use the freedom we have as Christians to choose to be servers of others, rather than users of others to serve ourselves.

How can these qualities characterize our love for others?
