“A picture is worth a thousand words” so the saying goes. But what picture can capture the whole story or unpack the complete understanding of who God is? “The Names of God” are given to reveal who He is and His character.
Today, we look at the ancient word “Elohim,” which is found in the very first verse of the Bible and appears more than 2,500 times in the Old Testament. It speaks of God’s creative strength – His might. Two questions ought to be asked about Elohim and the difference our strong God makes in our lives.
