Matthew 3:13-17

There’s something inspiring about discovering beauty in unexpected places. Jesus went out of his way to be baptized, and something incredibly beautiful took place. And that same beauty continues to await those who step into the waters of baptism today. Matthew’s description of Jesus’ baptism is an open invitation to participate in this marvelous moment in which God empowers those who follow Jesus.
