Truths from the Creator:

Gender is defined by the Creator and not redefined by man.

Men and women equally share in the image of God.

Men and women have equal dignity and worth while having unique roles and purpose.

Equal dignity / Equal worth / Equally loved

Reasons why it matters:

It reveals our trust in Scripture.

It’s God’s good design.

It affects all of life.

It’s a gospel issue.

Together, men and women uniquely display the glory of God
and declare the love of Christ to a confused world.

How have you experienced the world’s “gender confusion?”

Do you personally know of anyone who is struggling with their gender identity?

Read Galatians 3:28. Is this verse saying there is no longer any distinction of gender in the world not that Jesus has come? Explain.

What does it mean that the distinctions of Jew/Greek, slave/free, male/female are no longer restrictive in order to come to faith in Christ?

How much of the Bible do you believe? Do you believe the Bible is inerrant? Explain.

How can the church practically help the world’s gender confusion as well as directly help those struggling with gender questions?

How will you engage the culture this week looking not to solve the issue but to love the people?

Pray for a person you know that needs to understand their dignity and worth as an image-bearer of God.
