He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. Job 5:9
Ask:
Luke 24 – The Greatest Wonder in History!
Peter… went away, wondering to himself what had happened. Luke 24:12
HOW TO RENEW YOUR SENSE OF WONDER
“He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’” Then they remembered his words. Luke 24:6-8
I will remember the deeds of the LORD; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. Psalm 77:11
While they were talking and discussing, Jesus himself approached
and began traveling with them. But their eyes were prevented from recognizing him. And he said to them, “What are these words that you are exchanging with one another as you are walking?” And they stood still, looking sad. One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to him, “Are you the only one visiting Jerusalem and unaware of the things which have happened here in these days?” Luke 24:15-18 NASB
Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him; and he vanished from their sight. They said to one another, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he was speaking to use one the road, while he was explaining the scriptures to us?” Luke 24: 31-32 NASB
When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. And they stayed continually at the temple, praising God. Luke 24:50-53
Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind. Psalm 107:8
