Leadership is influence…nothing more…nothing less!

You have the unique opportunity to influence those who attend our Sunday experience as well as our community by your obedience and faithfulness to the purpose God has given you. This is not to be taken lightly as you will be the hands and feet of Jesus extended to see lives transformed. You may not feel “ready” or “qualified”, but these values will help you in becoming better leaders.

Good = Are you doing the right thing? Are you using your gifts to serve God?

Faithful = Are you doing the right things consistently? Have you proved yourself over time? Are you loyal, selfless, and committed to building God’s Kingdom?

Fruitful = Is there a pattern of “wins” and clear evidence of fruit in your life and ministry? What are you producing? What are you reproducing?

Those who are Good and Faithful become Fruitful and then are Entrusted with more.

Bridge Church Leadership Funnel

The Leadership Funnel is the model used by Bridge Church to identify, develop, and train leaders, to help each person fulfill the calling of God for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Moving from the top of the funnel to the bottom means raising up, resourcing, and releasing those with no church connections back into the world as missionaries, planters, and parachurch leaders.

Dream Team Culture Code

Check Up: We take responsibility for our own health. God has many things for us to do. Let’s make sure we are always answering this question: how am I taking care of myself physically, relationally, financially, emotionally, and spiritually?

Next Up: Who am I empowering today? It’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about involving as many people as we can. If you aren’t bringing someone along and teaching them how to do what you are doing, you aren’t leading. We aren’t doers, we are leaders. We are intentionally creating and communicating a pathway of growth and purpose for others.

Level Up: What am I doing personally to help us improve organizationally? My role, no matter the job description, is to make the organization better. Imitate. Innovate. Evaluate. Repeat.

Live It Up: Am I finding something or someone to celebrate today? We make it an organizational focus to celebrate the journey every step of the way. We are committed to learn, laugh, and have a sense of humor. We like to party with a purpose at Bridge. We make hard work look fun!

Link Up: Teamwork makes the dream work. How can I leverage the talents and skills of those outside my primary team? Collaboration is valued in all aspects of ministry. There are no one-man bands at Bridge Church. God is honored in our unity.

• Check-In Team*: Our team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in our elementary and nursery/preschool areas.

• Nursery/Preschool Team*: Our team serves children from ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.

• Worship Team*: Our team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.

• Dream Team Care Team+: Our team takes care of the Dream Team and keeps them serving at their very best; from coffee and snacks to high-fives and encouragement.

• Dream Team Connector Team: Our team Connectors lovingly and intentionally contact Next Steps graduates to answer questions, provide additional information, and personally connect with new Dream Team members for their first serve.
• Growth Track Facilitator+: Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing the Bridge Church culture and vision, as well as how to engage in church life at Bridge.
• Growth Track Host: Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Bridge.
• Foundations Facilitator+: Our team helps individuals who are new to faith or want a deeper understanding of God’s Word.

• Foundations Host: Our team servs as the hosts of the Foundations Course, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those gaining a deeper understanding of God and His Word.
  
  First Impressions Team

• Safety/Security*+: Our team helps maintain a safe and distration-free environment for all Bridge guests

• Hospitality: Our team consistently provides drinks and snacks in a neat, well-presented area.
• Parking+: our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Bridge by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
• Ushers: Our team of men assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
• Greeters: Our team welcomes people to Bridge as they enter the building and hands out service resources at the entrance to the auditorium.
• First Responders*: Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency. Current Medical Certification is required.

• Next Steps: Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Bridge Groups, Growth Track, conferences, and events.
