The North Summit family strives to make you feel welcomed wherever you are on your faith journey. Maybe you have been in church your whole life or maybe this is the first time you have considered attending; either way, there is a place for you here.

YOUTH & KIDS

We offer dynamic programming for kids ages birth-6th grade. We currently have all nursery, preschool, and elementary classes during our 9:30 service. We also offer nursery and preschool only during our 11:00 service. If you are visiting us for the first time, please visit the Family Lobby.

Jr. High and High School students attend the Sunday services and meet together for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Summit After School is a drop-in after school program for 1st-6th grade students. We offer a fun afternoon including a homework time/education activities, meal, group game, craft and life lesson. SAS is every Tuesday and Thursday (during LPOSD school year) 2:30 to 5:00 pm. If you would like more info or would like to serve please contact Nate Lacy.

Royal Rangers is an activity-based ministry for boys K-12th grade. Its mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of men to become Christ-like servant leaders. Please join us from 4-6 pm every Sunday in the South Building.

Women’s One Day Conference? - Saturday, March 25th
NEED PRAYER? NEED PASSION? Yes, you can have both! Ladies, join us for our annual Women’s One Day Conference coming up on Saturday, March 25th! Do you wonder how some people have a dynamic relationship with God and others do not? Or, perhaps you are questioning where is that passion you once had to pray? Jesus has insight for us, let’s learn from Him. On Saturday, March 25th from 8:30-3:00, hear from our speaker, Charity Rattray, as she helps simplify what feels complicated about prayer. You can register in person, at the Women’s Ministry table or online at northsummit.com/events. Cost is $30 (lunch included) or $20 without lunch.

Membership Class - Sunday, March 26th
If you are interested in partnering with us in membership or if you just want to learn about North Summit Church, then join us for the next Membership Class. The class is a great opportunity to learn about our vision, mission, methodology, basic Biblical teaching positions, and what we would expect of you as a member. The class concludes with a community luncheon that will give you the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and some of our staff and elders. Reservations are required for this class which will be held Sunday, March 26th from 9:30-10:30am in the South Building with lunch to follow.

Baptism - Sunday, March 26th
If you haven’t taken the bold step of being immersed in Christian baptism and you have been wanting to do so, now is the time. The baptistry will be available Sunday, March 26th immediately following the third service for you to take your first step in discipleship. If you are interested or want to learn more about being baptized, check “Baptism” on your Connection Card or contact the church office.

Seniors Brown Bag Lunch - Wednesday, March 29th
Join us on Wednesday, March 29th at 11:30am in the Fireside Room for a time of fellowship. Bring your favorite lunch and a friend as we gather. No RSVP necessary.

Good Friday Services & Easter Services
Good Friday, April 7th at 4:30pm and 6:00pm, come be part of a one-hour service as we reflect, worship, read the scriptures and take communion while we remember Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Easter Sunday, April 9th, come celebrate our Risen Savior during our Easter services. Our service times will be 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00am. Invite your friends and family and come worship with us

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is every Tuesday Night at 5:30 pm for dinner and 6:15 pm for meeting at The Assembly Church 423 N. Lincoln Avenue, next to Travers Park.
