James 5:19-20
19 My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back,
20 remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins.
Christians sometimes wander from the truth of our faith.
I’ve personally witnessed many people
from our faith.
God’s word acknowledges that Christians sometimes
from our faith.
Wandering Christians can sometimes be

They can be restored through loving confrontation (v. 19).
If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. —Matthew 18:15
They can avoid God’s judgment for their sins (v. 20a).
They can be forgiven by Christ’s death for them (v. 20b).
