Life Defined
VERSE 1
Be my life oh I surrender
One day is better
With You than all the world
Oh Spirit of Life
Help me remember
That it is my pleasure
To say to You that
CHORUS
All I am my life delfined
By I’ve been crucified with Christ
The life I live I live by faith
In Jesus Christ who lives in me
VERSE 2
When my heart grows cold
And my flesh is failing
The Spirit is willing
To point me back to You
For to live is Christ
And to die is better
Help me remember
My song to You
BRIDGE
Remember His atoning
His body broken for me
Remember His approval
He gave His life to say so
Remember His appealing
My Lord is interceding
Remember if you have breath
To breath it out and praise Him
Jesus Paid It All
VERSE 1
And I hear the Savior say
Thy strength indeed is small
Child of weakness watch and pray
Find in me thine all in all
CHORUS
Cause Jesus paid it all
All to Him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow
VERSE 2
Lord now indeed I find
Thy pow’r and Thine alone
Can change the lepers spots
And melt the heart of stone
VERSE 3
And when before the throne
I stand in Him complete
Jesus died my soul to save
My lips shall still repeat
CHORUS 2
Oh praise the One Who paid my debt
And raised this life up from the dead

Glorious Day
VERSE 1-2
I was buried beneath my shame
Who could carry that kind of weight
It was my tomb ‘til I met you
I was breathing but not alive
All my failures I tried to hide
It was my tomb ‘til I met you
CHORUS
You called my name (and)
I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness
Into Your glorious day
You called my name (and)
I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness
Into Your glorious day
VERSE 3
Now Your mercy has saved my soul
Now Your freedom is all that I know
The old made new
Jesus when I met you
CHORUS
You called my name (and) I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness into Your glorious day
You called my name (and) I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness into Your glorious day
BRIDGE
I needed rescue my sin was heavy
But chains break at the weight of Your glory
I needed shelter I was an orphan
Now You call me a citizen of Heaven
When I was broken You were my healing
Now Your love is the air that I’m breathing
I have a future my eyes are open

BAPTISM: Jenny Halliburton
What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
I was always searching for more and looking for things to make me happy.
How did you come to know Jesus as your Savior?
I’ve grown up in a Christian household my whole life, and in some ways it made things difficult. It’s been hard knowing God is real in my head but not really feeling Him in my heart. Recently I’ve stopped waiting for Him to show Himself and started searching more and I think He’s finally really showing Himself to me
How Has Jesus made a difference in your life?
He’s made me realize I can be happy with how my life is. Once I was finally content with how my life was, that’s when God really started bringing the best things into my life and that’s when my relationship with God grew strongest
Why do you want to get baptized?
Because I love Jesus and I want to express that and show that I want to live for Him.
BAPTISM: Jewel McCullough
What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
I grew up going to church, and I have always considered myself a Jesus follower. So this question is difficult to answer, but my life is always changing as I continue to pursue Christ.
How did you come to know Jesus as your Savior?
As I said before I was raised going to church, and so I guess I’ve always known Jesus. However I don’t think it was until Bike Trip that I really realized that God is there, He’s real. And even now I’m still perplexed at the thought, that He created everything.
Why do you want to get baptized?
I really just want to show that I am a Christian, and that I do love God, andwant Him in my life.
BAPTISM: Jordan Blair
What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
I feel as though I’ve always had Jesus in my life, but I didn’t really feel like I could feel Him the same way I do now. I took good things in my life for granted, and I blamed bad things that happened on other people. Now I have forgiveness, and I am extremely grateful for every moment and every creation.
How did you come to know Jesus as your Savior?
My parents always told me that there is a God who loves us more than we could ever imagine. I started going to youth group with my friend Jenny and she talked to me about Christianity and I finally felt like I had understanding in my faith. Unfortunately I grew extremely upset over time, because I felt like I couldn’t really feel Jesus the same way that others did. So I started talking to God about that, asking Him to help me hear Him, help me feel the Holy Spirit in everything I do. One night, I was listening to worship music, and I broke down because I felt like Jesus was finally with me. I got down on my knees and started praying at the foot of my bed for forgiveness and new growth in my relationship with Jesus. I finally felt peace and the Holy Spirit. That night, I knew Jesus had protected me from many things I can’t explain, and He’s rescued me, once I finally decided to open up and start listening and focusing on Him. I’m grateful for Jesus every day, for His sacrifice, His willingness to love and forgive.
How Has Jesus made a difference in your life?
Jesus has given me peace in difficult situations, just consequences for every bad choice, and learning in every action. Jesus has protected me from people that hurt me, helped me learn when I needed knowledge, and made pathways for me when I don’t see a way out. Jesus has given me happiness, love for everyone, respect, compassion, and immense gratitude for life. Jesus has set an example for me, been my friend, my savior, and my guide. Jesus has shown me how to keep going, what to say, and how to step out of my comfort zone. Jesus has put purpose in my life, and dug the path for me. “The Lord didn’t get rid of the sea, he parted it.” Jesus doesn’t always remove problems, but he helps us get through them.
Why do you want to get baptized?
I want to get baptized as an expression of faith, a way to feel Jesus’s sacrifice for me physically, and a way to remember that Jesus has my back every day. I want to get baptized to feel love and peace with the Holy Spirit, and happiness and gratitude in those who are followers of Christ. I want to feel renewed in my faith, and I want to continue following Jesus and be in his footsteps.
BAPTISM: Mason Blair
What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
I never really had a life “before” Jesus. I always loved hearing about Noah’s ark and such growing up, I always had a relationship with God but recently it has gotten a lot more serious.

How Has Jesus made a difference in your life?
He’s served as a reminder to be the best person I can be, and made me feel like someone was there for me in times I felt vary few were, or when there was nobody I felt like I could talk to I could always talk to God
Why do you want to get baptized?
To hold myself accountable for my actions and to serve as a constant reminder that there’s no messing around, to keep myself asking “is this something I should be doing?” To solidify God as part of my identity, because he is, and I feel he should be a bigger part of it.
BAPTISM: Jakobi Ribera

What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
I have always had faith but never felt home. My life has been hard and not knowing where I belonged was even harder. I couldn’t raise my children the right way because I couldn’t find my home.
How did you come to know Jesus as your Savior?
I have always known Jesus was my savior but never had the history behind my belief.
How has Jesus made a difference in your life?
I believe that Jesus is guiding me down the road I was born to travel. I have been blessed in different ways in my life and didn’t really understand, but now I know I have a purpose.
Why do you want to get baptized?
I need a clean slate now that I have a better understanding of Jesus. I want to serve Him.
BAPTISM: Aiden Jackson
What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
Void and without meaning. It seems dramatic, but that is the case. Everyday I had to ask “What do I do with my life?” “Why am I here? Just by chance making life meaningless” there was no meaning until I met Yeshua.
How did you come to know Jesus as your Savior?
I searched every religion and practice for an answer, Islam, Buddhism, Scientific evolution etc. But none could answer all the questions, allwere fallible. Growing up in a Christian household I decided it was time to search what was right in front of me. To my fortunate surprise I found every answer. I found infallible texts. I found meaning. I found the truth.
How has Jesus made a difference in your life?
Since inviting Yeshua into my life there is nothing that has gotten worse. I have a purpose. I have something to push me through every difficulty and tribulation. Yeshua has given me hope in life and what comes after, and He has also given me a divine Joy that can be felt no other way then through Him.
Why do you want to get baptized?
I am going on a mission trip to Japan to help church plant August 7th-17th; and even though I have been baptized before when I was very little by Mr. Van Cleave himself, I have between then and now fallen out of the beliefs of my parents and come back just a few years ago and have made tremendous strides as a new Christian in theology and purpose. So I’d like to publicly show my commitment to Yeshua before I am off to do the Lord’s work.
BAPTISM: Michelle Foster
What was your life like before knowing Jesus?
I had a lot of anger and darkness in my life and I wasn’t really living. I was just surviving to my best ability. I couldn’t see goodness or joy in my life.
How did you come to know Jesus as your Savior?
I had my heart and soul and eyes opened by a close friend; she told me that Jesus and Yahweh were with me everyday and every step of the way in the journey of my life. I learned what a father’s love is supposed to look like.
How has Jesus made a difference in your life?
Now, I am able to see and feel the happiness and joy in my life. And I finally have realized that I can let go of my anger and trauma from my past. I was broken for twenty years of my life, but now I am healed.
Why do you want to get baptized?
I was baptized when I was 5, but it was not my choice and I don’t agree with the theology of the church where I was baptized. So I have decided to be baptized again to celebrate my new life and remind everyone that there’s no level of brokenness that God cannot heal. I want everyone who has suffered through trauma, abuse, and grief to know that they are not alone and that God sees them and loves them.
