O Praise The Name (Anástasis)
VERSE 1
I cast my mind to Calvary
Where Jesus bled and died for me
I see His wounds, His hands, His feet My Saviour on that cursed tree
VERSE 2
His body bound and drenched in tears They laid Him down in Joseph’s tomb The entrance sealed by heavy stone Messiah still and all alone
CHORUS
O praise the Name of the Lord our God O praise His Name forever - more
For endless days, we will sing Your praise Oh Lord, oh Lord our God
VERSE 3
Then on the third, at break of dawn The Son of heaven rose again
O trampled death, where is your sting The angels roar for Christ the King
VERSE 4
He shall return in robes of white
The blazing sun shall pierce the night
And I will rise among the saints
My gaze transfixed on Jesus’ face (let ring out)

Psalm 96:1-10
1 Oh sing to the Lord a new song;
sing to the Lord, all the earth!
2 Sing to the Lord, bless his name;
tell of his salvation from day to day.
3 Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous works among all the peoples!
4 For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods.
5 For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols, but the Lord made the heavens.
6 Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
7 Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength!
8 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering, and come into his courts!
9 Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth!
10 Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns!
Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity.”
Psalm 96:1-10 ESV
One Thing Remains
INTRO:
VERSE 1:
Higher than the mountains that I face Stronger than the power of the grave Constant through the trial and the change One thing remains
One thing remains
CHORUS:
Your Love never fails
It never gives up
It never runs out on me
VERSE 2:
On and on and on and on it goes
It overwhelms and satisfies my soul And I never ever have to be afraid One thing remains
One thing remains
BRIDGE:
In death and in life I’m confident and covered by the power Of Your great love
My debt is paid there’s nothing that can separate my heart From Your great love
Matthew 5:1-16
1 “Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him. 2 And he opened his mouth and
taught them, saying:
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
5 “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
7 “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
8 “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
9 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
10 “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. 12 Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
13 “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.
14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but
on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16 In the same way,
let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:1-16 ESV
Cornerstone
INTRO
VERSE 1
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness I dare not trust the sweetest frame But wholly trust in Jesus’ name
CHORUS
Christ a - lone, Cornerstone
Weak made strong in the Savior’s love Through the storm He is Lord
Lord of all
VERSE 2
When darkness seems to hide his face I rest on His unchanging grace
In every high and stormy gale
My anchor holds within the viel
My anchor holds within the viel
VERSE 3
When He shall come with trumpet sound Oh may I then in Him be found
Dressed in His righteousness alone Faultless stand before the throne Faultless stand before the throne
Matthew 6:9-15
9 “Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
10 Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread, 12 and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, 15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
Matthew 6:9-15 ESV
