As Bold As A Lion

The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.
Proverbs 28:1 NIV

I. THE RIGHTEOUS HAVE A CLEAR CONSCIENCE AND DO NOT FEEL CONDEMNED BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE FORGIVEN.

II. THE RIGHTEOUS ARE AS BOLD AS LIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE CONFIDENT IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, THROUGH THE PERSON AND WORK OF CHRIST.

8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9 NIV

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.
