Exodus 28:31-43

28:31-39 | The hem of Aaron’s robe was interspersed with golden bells. The sound of the bells indicated to those outside the Most Holy Place that the high priest was alive – he had not been consumed by the Lord’s anger while fulfilling his duties.

28:40-43 | Special garments were also made for Aaron’s sons. The trousers protected the priests from unintentional immodesty as they led the people in worship.
