Mark 5: 25, 27 - 29 (ESV)
25 And there was a woman who has a discharge of blood for twelve years, … 27 She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. 28 For she said, “if I touch even His garments, I will be made well.” 29 And immediately the flow of blook dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.”

Review Mark 5: 25 - 34

1a) “Faith in itself is not materialized until it is followed by action.” Expound on this statement.

1b) What impact do our thoughts have on our faith?

2a) Compare and contrast Ephesians 2:8-9 and James 2:17

2b) How does this ‘woman’s’ story, nestled in its position in the text (Mark 5:1-43), substantiate God’s sovereignty?

3a) “Faith will give you a vision of what is possible”. Discuss this statement and identify at least one (1) Scripture to support it.

3b) Jesus did not “find” this ‘woman’ she sought Him after hearing reports about Him. How does this influence our need to testify about the work of God in our lives?
