As the cities in the Canaan prepare for battle against the Israelites, the Gibeonites take a different approach to assure their safety. Driven by a sincere fear of the God of Israel, and convinced their strong army would not prevail, they offer lives of service in exchange for peace and protection. The Israelites learn an important lesson in their failure to consult with the Lord while the Gibeonites are delivered from God’s wrath and blessed by His mercy.Join us via livestream this morning at 10.
