What truths can give me courage when I feel alone in life’s trials?

1. I can
   Reveal Answer
   in the gospel and the hope of the resurrection of Christ.
   Acts 23:1-10
   

2. I can

   Reveal Answer
   in the presence of the resurrected Christ who is with me in my trials.
   Acts 23:11

   • Christ’s presence with Paul
     

   • Christ’s purpose and plan for Paul
     

3. I can

   Reveal Answer
   knowing that hand of God is at work in my life…
   

   • Through His sovereign hand and providence

     - The foiled plot to kill Paul
     Acts 23:12-22
     
     - The intervention of the Roman Commander
     Acts 23:23-35
     

   • Through His gift of ordained prayer for “one-another.”
     Romans 15:30-31
     

   • Two prayer incentives in verse 30 (… Jesus Christ is a sovereign Lord, and the Holy Spirit is a Spirit of love).
     

   • Two prayer requests in verse 31 (… Physical safety and favourable ministry to the Lord’s people).
