God is greater than we think He is.

Genesis 1:1 tells us that God is:

Eternal

Self-Existent

Self-Sufficient

Unchanging

All-powerful

All-knowing

Ever-present

Sovereign

Despite His greatness, God is not far off.

Jesus shows us the greatness of God

If God is greater than we think He is:
1) God is life.

2) God is bigger than our problems.

3) We come to God on His terms.
