There are lots of ways to enjoy real connection to other RiverWind Church members. Here are a few current opportunities!

Church Work Day (Saturday, Sept. 9)
Our Deacon of Facilities, Frank Byers, has had a growing list of projects around the church building that we’d like to tackle with your help. Please mark your calendars now; more details will come later.

Corporate Prayer
Join us on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30pm to unite with one another in prayer. On Sept. 20 our prayer meeting will feature our Small Group Ministry. If you are a small group leader or a member of a small group, we especially invite you to come receive prayer.

GenLight Kickoff
We are excited for the year ahead in GenLight Ministry. If you are in 6th-12th grade, we invite you to join us Tonight for our kickoff event. We encourage you to bring your friends too.

RWC Members’ Meeting (Aug. 27 after worship service)
Everyone is welcome to join this meeting, but if you are a member, we ask that you are in attendance. The elders will be recommending and seeking approval for hiring Joel Walker as RWC Student Life Minister.

Women’s Bible Study
Thank you to everyone that filled out the survey. Those results pointed us to select the meeting time of Mondays 7-8:30pm. We will start Aug. 28!!

Small Groups (Updated Dates)
1. Sunday, Aug. 20- Sept. 3 – Sign up to join a small group
2. Sunday, Sept. 10 after worship service – Small Group Launch Event – If you intend to be in a small group this year, we invite you to join us for lunch and fellowship as we set the stage for the year.

Second Hour Class
