Worship Together

• Victorious – A mature disciple who

  responds to life as Jesus would.

Acts 2:42-47 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching (personal study), and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals and to prayer (prayer & fasting). A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders (service)…They Worshipped Together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity.

• Worship Together – An intentional gathering of multiple believers to

  connect with God.

Revelation 1:12-13,20 When I turned to see who was speaking to me, I saw seven gold lampstands. And standing in the middle of the lampstands was someone like the Son of Man… the seven lampstands are the seven churches.

• Church (ek-kla-se’-ä) a gathering of citizens called out from their homes into some public place, an assembly.

• There is a

  and a blessing when we Worship Together that we can’t get any other way.

1 Peter 2:5 And you are living stones that God is building into His spiritual temple.

Acts 20:7 On the first day of the week, we gathered with the local believers to share in the Lord’s Supper…

Hebrews 10:25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of His return is drawing near.
