Commandment 1 (Exodus 20:3)
This commandment is a matter of

: Who are you to, singularly or above all others?
Commandment 2 (Exodus 20:4-6)
Remember, he’s got a long-term goal, and it’s not . It’s relationship and for generations, and through his people, to demonstrate to the nations who He truly is.
Commandment 3 (Exodus 20:7)
God’s name as you Him.
Commandment 4 (Exodus 20:8-11)
You’ve been set free, so don’t go back to slavery. your work, savor His, and Him to provide for you.
Commandments 5 -9 (Exodus 20:12-16)
God has a for his people, socially, economically, and spiritually - and the that sin produces will not get them there.
Commandment 10 (Exodus 20:17)
Don’t covet. Ask God for what you want. Trust His . Seek your first in Him.
Bottom Line: God is not about rules, but about long-term relationship and flourishing.
