MEEK - “Praus,” someone who is strong but gentle, powerful but still humble. Power under control, or Strength under authority.
Now the man Moses was very meek, more than all people who were on the face of the earth. Numbers 12:3
“Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.” Matthew 11:29 (AMP)
Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. Matthew 21:12
