But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

As we move forward as a community of believers, our hearts are set on expanding our impact and reach throughout our local community. The calling is clear: to be a beacon of hope, love, and service in the rapidly growing city of Frisco, Texas. Our vision extends beyond the walls of our church, reaching out to touch the lives of those around us, so many of whom are searching for the answers we have in the gospel of Jesus Christ. This new chapter in the life of Providence is not just about constructing walls and spaces, but about building a community centered on Christ’s redemptive love. Our new building will be a testament to the faith and generosity of our congregation and a place where everyone welcomed will witness the transformative power of the gospel.

Father, we are grateful for the opportunities you present us to serve our community. Help us to see the needs of our neighbors and grant us the wisdom and resources to meet those needs effectively. May our actions reflect the love and compassion of your Son. Open to us a door so that the gospel may go forth, send the Holy Spirit before us to prepare the hearts of the people, and open our mouths with the words they need to hear to come to saving faith in the atoning work of Jesus. We pray that our efforts will see many people saved through the gospel, creating ripple effects of positive change throughout all of Frisco.

1. Pray for guidance on how you can actively participate in community outreach and service.
2. Pray for open doors for you to share the gospel and that you would speak it clearly.
3. Ask the Lord to give us direction in how our church can effectively minister to the diverse population in Frisco.
