
We all have 24 hours to spend each day.
That’s 168 hours each week.
Suppose that we allot ourselves a generous 8 hours a day for sleep (and few need more than that).
3 hours for meals and conversation each day. This totals 11 hours each day.
168-77 (for sleep and eat=91).
10 hours for work and travel for 6 days=60-91=31.
Still, we have 31 hours each week to fill.

the plan with all energy and eagerness, that is enough. 1 Thess. 5:17 Sometimes, we may need to plan our rest. Heb. 4:9-10
You are only responsible for the time you control; discretionary time. Not the time that God and others control. Acts 17:26-27 The rest he should trust to our loving and competent heavenly Father. Prov.16:3
The habit of “putting off” is fatal to spiritual growth. Lk. 16:19-31 The reason is because there is a natural reluctance to make important decisions. Rom. 10:9-10; 2 Cor. 6:2

But the passing of time never makes action easier, quite the opposite. Jn. 12: 39-43
“Do it now” or “Get er’ done” is a motto that has led many people to worldly success, and it is equally relevant in spiritual matters. James 4:13-17
A helpful method for overcoming procrastination is to carefully set deadlines, and never miss or postpone even one. Matt. 5:37
In Conclusion, manage time through God’s help and direction and He will make the most of it.
