12. Grace to Recharge Your Life

Isa 40:31
but those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. NKJV

Increase rabah: Multiply, abundant, exceed.


Often, we are overwhelmed with work and responsibilities. We feel that there is too much to do and too little time to do it. The real issue is not time management but energy management. Experience enabling grace and wisdom to recharge, replenish and renew our body, soul and spirit in the limited time we have and be more productive, fruitful, fulfilled and joyful.

A. Let your Creator renew your physical body

Psa 91:16
With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation. NKJV

Satisfy saba: Filled, full, excess, abundance, free from weariness, satisfy.

My salvation yeshua: save, deliverance, prosperity, health, Jesus.


1 Cor 9:27
I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. NLT

Fill your mouth with things

Psa 103:5
Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. NKJV


1 Tim 4:4-5
… For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 5because it is consecrated (set apart) by the word of God and prayer. NIV


Deut 4:40
You shall therefore keep His statutes which I command you today, that it may go well with you and that you may prolong your days in the land which the LORD your God is giving you for all time.


Be open to new things and supplements but avoid fanciful diets and excessive claims about all kinds of things. Get back to the ageless wisdom of His Word.


Lev 3:17
This shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood. NKJV

and bring your father and your families back to me. I will give you the best of the land of Egypt and you can enjoy the fat of the land.’

Eat food with a low GI index.
Glycemic index (GI) – the rate at which food is broken down into sugar. The higher the index, the faster the sugar is produced – causing stress to the pancreas. Over the years it causes degenerative diseases like diabetes.

Make your body your servant

Recharge by spending time with your family and church family

We should not stop gathering together with other believers, as some of you are doing. Instead, we must continue to encourage each other even more as we see the day of the Lord coming. GW

Renews chalaph: To change, to sprout again, to substitute, to exchange, to renew, repair.

Mount up with wings ‘alah: To soar, go up, climb, spring up, excel.


Job 39:27-29
Does the eagle soar at your command and build his nest on high? 28He dwells on a cliff and stays there at night; a rocky crag is his stronghold. 29From there he seeks out his food; his eyes detect it from afar.

Wait qavah: To hope, to expect, look eagerly for, to lie in wait for, to linger for, to trust.

1. Allow God’s Word, not man’s word, to into your heart

Psa 119:92-93
If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction. 93I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.

2. Pray in the Holy Spirit

3. Keep your Sabbath

Exo 20:11
For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.


Prov 3:9-10
Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; 10then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

4. Take Holy Communion regularly

I am this Living Bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he will live forever; and also the Bread that I shall give for the life of the world is My body. AMP
