Sermon: Curving Away
Scripture: John 17:24-26
Summary: Humanity was made to curve away from themselves and towards God. This is normal human operation. Listen in as Peter shows how Jesus’ petitions perfectly align with the way He made us to function, and the foundation of these petitions in our union and communion with God.

Read Scripture: John 17:24-26
- When have you curved in on yourself in order to solve some of your own problems? How did it go for you?
- Read v26. What are some names of God which stand out to you? Which ones do you like most?
- Is it obvious that your life is calibrated away from yourself and towards the knowledge of the Father? Why/why not?
- Read v24. Where have you seen the desire to be with God show up in your everyday life? What have you found to be the blessing of walking with him in everything you do?
- Read 2 Corinthians 3:18. What have you seen of Jesus’ glory which has changed you?
- Read 1 John 3:2. What is this day going to be like?
- Do you currently feel loved by the Father? Why do you think that is?
