Favor also means- thanks for benefits, services, favors, recompense, reward
Because of received joy, pleasure, delight, sweetness, charm, loveliness: grace of speech good will, loving-kindness, favor
Jesus
(Acts 2:46 NIV) Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
1) Treat people with

Why?
Speak words of life over people
(Luke 4:22 TLB) All who were there spoke well of him and were amazed by the beautiful words that fell from his lips.
Your words can make or break people.
(Ephesians 4:29 AMP) Do not let unwholesome [foul, profane, worthless, vulgar] words ever come out of your mouth, but only such speech as is good for building up others, according to the need and the occasion, so that it will be a blessing and favor to those who hear you speak.
Be kind
(1 Corinthians 13:4 NIV) Love is patient, love is kind … 5. Love does not dishonor others.
(Proverbs 3:3-4 ASV) Let not kindness and truth forsake thee: Bind them about thy neck; Write them upon the tablet of thy heart:4 So shalt thou find favor and good reputation In the sight of God and man.
Be Merciful
(Matthew 5:7 NIV) Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
Be that friend that walks in when everyone else is walking out.

(Proverbs 19:6 NASB) Many will seek the favor of a generous person, and every person is a friend to him who gives gifts.
Tips to get you there
Know who you are.
(1 Peter 2:9 NIV) But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness and into His wonderful light.
Your deeds should point others to Jesus.
(1 Peter 2:12 NIV) Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they may accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day He visits us.
Your walk should equal your talk.
(1 Peter 2:15 NIV) For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people.
Focus on Jesus.
(1 Peter 2:17 NIV) Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor.
(1 Peter 2:21 NIV) To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His steps.
