INTRODUCTION: What does the “common good” look like?
SCRIPTURE: Mark 6:39 & Psalm 119:68
DISCUSS
1. Is your life open to people who don’t share some of your core beliefs?
2. Is there a secondary, “non-essential” issue in Christianity that you see as a threat to unity in the church?
3. In what ways do you identify more with Gauis (3 John 5-8)? With Diotrephes (3 John 9-10)?
4. Are there people you have a hard time doing/giving common good to?
5. What stands out to you regarding the “table habits” of Jesus?
6. What are ways you can accept people where they? How do you/can you share “common life” with people around you?
PRAY
